On a working computer, create an Installation media of Windows 10 that allows you to repair existing Windows Installation.

having the same problem with my Dell Inspiron Ane, running windows 10. It keeps rebooting over and over. tried your suggestion but it will not permit me go into advanced repair. tried touch screen, keyboard, mouse, arrows push, tab cardinal and nothing works. running dell diagnostics on it now. but I don't recall it will help whatsoever suggestions of how I tin get it to work????
